Mr Jacobsson is Chairman of the PortWise Board. Mr Jacobsson is the founder and former CEO of Nexus. He is also part owner and the Chairman of the Board for SAWCO AB, Image Systems AB, eCare AB, Enovation AB and sits on the board for Blackshield AB. He is also engaged in a number of large projects in IT-security focusing on global groups and organizations.
Mr Pontus Lindwall Member of the Board
Mr Lindwall is CEO for the Cherry Group, a gaming service company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. He founded the Internet gaming technology provider NetEnt in 1997. Lindwall has a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. Lindwall is on the board of several IT related companies.
Mr Stuart Chapman Member of the Board
Stuart joined DFJ Esprit from Cazenove Private Equity. Prior to joining CPE in Febuary 2005 he was a Partner of 3i Ventures. He was also a founding partner of 3i US, based in Menlo Park, CA. and was responsible for 3i's investments in Still Secure, CollegeNet, Appshop and Digital 5. He had 13 years of venture capital experience with 3i in Europe and the USA. Following his return from the US in October 2003 he was responsible for 3i’s investments in The Cloud and Searchspace, the IPO of Pixology and sale of Magic 4 to Openwave and Esprit’s investments in Blackspot Interactive and Lagan Technology. Stuart is a member of the British Venture Capital Association High Tech Committee. Prior to 3i, Stuart was involved in software and systems implementations for Midland Bank. He is a graduate of Loughborough University.
Mr Fredrik Oweson Member of the Board
Mr. Oweson is a Partner and co-Founder of Scope. Prior to founding Scope, Mr Oweson spent time as an independent investor following eight years as an investment manager and analyst with the Swedish investment holding company, Proventus, in Sweden and the US. Prior to his tenure at Proventus, Mr. Oweson worked with Goldman Sachs Intl. in the UK.
Mr. Oweson holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Mr Lars B Thoresen Member of the Board
Partner at Verdane Capital Advisors, Norway, since 1999. Verdane Capital Advisors has three funds with more than NOK 1,5 bn under management. Prior to that Mr. Thoresen was a Senior Associate at Braxton Associates Ltd. (UK 1997-1999) and Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting (Norway 1993-1995). Education: MBA, INSEAD, France 1996. Bachelor of Science, St. John's Univ., NY, USA 1989-1993. He also serves as Board of Director at several companies, including Opera Software, Axiti, and Optinel Systems.
