Account Managers

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Join our sales team with the ambition to maximize sales of PortWise’s high quality products to ensure commercial success. We are looking for persons that have experience from software companies or experience from IT-solution sales. You will be interacting with senior persons within the market for information security.

Requirements

  • Is fluent in English and Swedish both speaking and writing
  • Proven track record
  • High energy level
  • Basic technical understanding with regards to Networks, VPN’s and authentication solutions
  • Takes own initiatives and has ability to work both independently and in teams

 Brief job description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
  • Liaising with partners to check on the progress of existing orders;
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Feeding future buying trends back to employers.

Sales Engineers

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

PortWise is looking for technical pre-post sales engineers to strengthen our national and international sales teams. You shall deliver technical expertise to our Account Managers and will be interacting with our partners and customers on a global basis

 Brief job description

  • Provide technical support in sales presentations;
  • Product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of Document Solution products;
  • Provide answers to customer inquiries along with software development and consultation to prospective users.
  • Demonstrate feasibility of the solution;
  • Validate interoperability issues and assist in developing a sound business case that meets the customer or prospect’s strategic business needs;
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • gathering market and customer information;

C++/C# Developers

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

This position is as members of the team that develops the PortWise Access Management product. To be successful in the role the candiate must have experience from building advanced server applications with high requirements on scalability, redundancy and performance.

Technical Requirements

  • Good knowledge in object oriented C++ with STL and Windows and Linux SDKs
  • Good knowledge and experience developing advanced server applications with high demands on scalability, redundancy and performance. Multithreading, asynchronous I/O and memory optimization.
  • Good knowledge of networking using TCP/IP and HTTP.
  • Knowledge in SSL, PKI and cryptology in general and OpenSSL in particular.
  • Knowledge in writing and debugging code for Windows and Linux. (Visual Studio 2005, gcc/g++ and gdb)
  • Knowledge in working with version control systems.
  • Knowledge in working with Linux kernel development
  • Knowledge in working withWindows network driver development
  • Knowledge in working withHTML and JavaScript
  • Knowledge in network protocols such as Ethernet, IP, ARP, UDP/IP, DHCP, DNS, RDP, SMB, WebDAV, SOAP

Java Developers

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

The role is responsible for the development and innovation of the PortWise Administration Service which is used to manage the PortWise Identity & Access Management Suite. Usability is the leading star for this role and it is expected that the role puts a lot of effort in driving usability across the PortWise Product Suite.

Technical Requirements

  • Good knowledge in Java/J2EE, network communication and server-side scripting/programming (ASP and JSP)
  • Good knowledge in HTML, xHTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge in Tapestry
  • Understanding of LDAP, directories and databases
  • Knowledge of C++/C#

Non-technical requirements

Support Engineers

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

As a Support Engineer you will be part of a team that delivers product support, product training and professional services to PortWise Customers and Partners
The Customer and Partner Services unit is the back-office function that ensures that PortWise customers and partners get the technical services they need to be successful including;

Help with technical issues and questions
Scheduled, on-site and on-demand training
PortWise on-site consulting of specific issues or as technical resources
Business support to partners

As a support engineer you will be the one of the experts of our solutions and the one customers and partners turn to when they have questions. The role requires that the candidate is technical aware, have an in-depth knowledge of security, applications and networking as well has good presentation and communication skills. A support engineer puts a great deal of honour into solving issues for the customer or partner and the person sees all difficulties as opportunities to learn somehing new. Since PortWise has customer and partners worldwide company the candidate must be fluent in english.
