License Support

If you have inquires regarding or issues with you PortWise license please send an e-mail to license-support@portwise.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your e-mail address
  • Your phonenumber
  • Your organization
  • Your current license file

Please note if you don't have a license file you need to request it through your PortWise reseller.

Note that the PortWise Extranet account is personal and requires a corporate email address. Email service accounts, such as Hotmail, gmail, and Yahoo are not permissible. Please allow 5 working days for account activation.

If you are experiencing problems with your existing PortWise Extranet account, please send mail to account-support@portwise.com.
